Repair, Overhaul, and Warranty Management
Flodraulic Motion System is the first Danfoss Authorized Service Center in Italy. This means that in our service department, hydraulic components are thoroughly examined, and based on careful evaluations, a decision is made whether to repair or replace products that are found to be defective due to manufacturing faults, design issues, and/or material defects. Warranty requests are handled independently, in full compliance with Danfoss standards.
We provide service for
- Hydrostatic units: tested on a dynamic test bench equipped with a regenerative system for energy recovery, allowing test power levels up to 500 kW thanks to this advanced technology.
- Hydraulic components such as valves and proportional distributors, orbital motors, steering units, etc., using original spare parts from the respective manufacturers.
In house test benches
Flodraulic Motion System also has internal test benches to test all the hydraulic components up to 600 bar.
Data acquisition is carried out using Hydrotechnik instrumentation and sensors.
On site support
The service department, with dedicated personnel and equipment, also offers on-site support for analysis, commissioning, and fine-tuning of all types of hydraulic systems.
We are authorized repairers for the following manufacturers, as well as many other brands such as Danfoss, Bosch-Rexroth, Linde, Eaton, Poclain, Vickers, Bondioli & Pavesi, and more.
